We’ve known and loved movie characters only Samuel L Jackson, Clint Eastwood, Lennie James, and Denzel Washington could truly bring to life—Jeffrey Poston’s two key characters reminded me of the qualities in all these actors that made those movie personalities real. As I read, Lenny James was the face of Carl Johnson and a cross between Samuel, Denzel, and Clint was the face of Jason Peares.
